WFJ Supports Toys for Tots

Throughout November and December, WFJ is raising money for Toys for Tots, and donating gifts as well. Since we like to have fun while supporting charities, we plan on having a wine tasting with proceeds going to Toys for Tots, raffles and prizes for those who donate within the office, a cookie sale, and a competition between attorneys and staff to see who can bring in the most presents for donation. Toys for Tots is a great cause, providing holiday items to underprivileged children in our area. If you can give some support, in the form of a donation or volunteer work, please do! For more info, see their website: www.toysfortots.org

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (NBCAM). In support, the staff of WFJ will be holding a bake sale and participating in a number of different fundraising activities. The Shareholders at WFJ have pledged to donate to this worthy cause as well. All of this money will go towards the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. Over the course of its 25-year history, NBCAM has increased awareness of breast cancer, provided widespread education about screenings and treatment, and granted greater access to breast cancer-related services. To learn more about breast cancer, early detection and what you can do to help, visit the NBCAM website.
