Mark O. Anderson is a shareholder at WFJ and works primarily with WFJ’s Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate Groups. A large part of Mark’s focus is in the area of commercial collections in the construction industry, involving construction disputes and mechanic’s lien and payment bond claims. He also practices probate and estate planning law.

Mark’s clients include companies which operate in the local and regional areas, as well as large manufacturing companies engaged in business throughout the United States and other countries. Over the years Mark has been a frequent speaker at seminars and workshops involving construction and collection issues, and other topics.

Mark is a magna cum laude graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and earned his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.

Beyond his dedication to the law, Mark’s loyalties are to his family and to hockey. He manages his daughter’s hockey team and has been known to flood his backyard each winter for a hockey rink. Mark is also an avid golfer.
