What drew her to her specialty is a desire to improve relationships between employers and employees; help businesses comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; and promote positive and healthy work environments.

The rest of Britt’s energy is dedicated to her volunteer work with Minneapolis Public Schools, keeping up with her three kids, and spending time relaxing with friends and family whenever possible.
