Alan W. Falconer

Attorney minneapolis

If not for a fateful accident, there may never have been an “F” in WFJ. When he was a young man, Duluth native Alan Falconer was run over by a car and seriously injured, forcing his family to hire an attorney. The experience influenced him to pursue a career as a lawyer. During law school, he worked as a credit manager in the construction industry, leading him to his specialties: Commercial Collections and Construction law.

When he’s not working, Alan enjoys golf, spending winters hiking on the beach at Siesta Key in Florida, and summers at his northern Minnesota lake home.
